German Waldzither

I always loved this instrument. I own two waldzithers, one of them for about 25 years now. Folkfriends, based in Hamburg, Germany now offering a new made Waldzither. Here it is:

Peter Cox Bouzouki

Pgidley plays on his bouzouki made by Peter Cox. Arched cedar top, walnut back and sides, mahogany neck, maple fingerboard.

Smeceno Horo (Barn Dance)

This is Zucchinni's attempt to play Smeceno Horo. His Bouzouki is tuned CGDG capoed on the 7th fret to make it GDAD. He likes you to be the judge, so if you like post a comment on his youtube video site.

Stolen irish bouzouki!!!

I think every musician would be very unhappy if his instrument would be stolen. Here's a call for help I found on youtube today. If you find this bouzouki anywhere please call Paul, the owner.

gothic style irish bouzouki the only one in the world ever made like this, it survived a fire in 1996 restored and lovingly played until it was stolen outside kinley house eyre square at about 7 in the morning it could still be in galway or nearby, or maybe taken away, if you have seen it in a bar or private house phone me and a reward is available for its safe return, paul 091 566948

Beth Patterson - Chaos Mongrel/Dark Stranger's Ceili

Once again a lovely video featuring the great voice and bouzouki playing of Beth Patterson, one of my favourite Bouzouki-players. So sad I had no chance to see her live up to now. I hope this guy will post some more videos.
